Descriptions 2008年12月12日，特偵組以國務機要費案、龍潭購地案、南港展覽館案和洗錢案等四項案件，分別依貪污及洗錢等罪名，起訴前總統陳水扁、 夫人吳淑珍、兒子陳致中、兒媳黃睿靚、大舅吳景茂、舅妻陳俊英、吳淑珍好友蔡美利、吳淑珍特助蔡銘哲、蔡美利弟弟蔡銘傑、前總統辦公室主任馬永成、前總統辦公室主任林德訓、前總統府會計陳鎮慧、前竹科管理局長李界木及力麒建設負責人郭銓慶等共14人。此案應盡速審理，盡速宣判，避免浪費太多社會資源，給民眾一個交代。
